Bubur Sumsum for Ramadhan



Bubur Sumsum/Rice Pudding

Ingredients :
200 gr rice flour
1 tsp salt
1000 ml coconut milk
5 cm padan leave

Directions :

1. In the soucepan mix rice flour with coconut milk and salt.
2. Cook and stir with whisk until the mixture become thicken.
3. Let it cool.


Sauce :
150 gr palm sugar
50 gr sugar
200 ml water
5 cm padan leave

Directions :
1. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and boiled.
2. Put the pudding into glass or bowl and pour the sauce on top.
3. Serve warm.
